Robot Impact Printing - Clay

This project demonstrates the accuracy of robotic assemblies via an unpredictable material deformations of clay. A UR10 robotic arm is used with an air piston end effector. The arm picks a bullet of clay, positions it in space and through careful control of distance to bullets below and angle of deposition a study of patterns and formations emerge.
